Sea School order Seaward 29

Angus Belcher, Principal of the Seasmart Motorboat Sea School based at Cowes, signed a deal at Seawork 2013 today to join forces with The Boat Development Co Ltd to form the Seaward Sea School. The new company has ordered a purpose designed Seaward 29 motor cruiser, drawn like other rugged Nelson type leisure and workboats within the Seaward range, by TT Design.

Angus Belcher, Principal at the Seaward Sea School said today: “The new sea school brings together the expertise of Seasmart and the security of Seaward’s all-weather boats to encourage new people to take up motorboating and to develop their skills.”

“The Seaward 29 is the perfect boat within the range, with an enclosed wheelhouse, a large class room area, and twin engine configuration. The school will be based at Cowes and we intend to run both RYA leisure motor cruiser and powerboat courses, and advanced RYA/MCA courses for those wanting to gain their commercial tickets ”
