24/01/2020480Boat surveyed and purchased in Hythe. Leaking port side shaft seal and non working inverter/charger noted. Returned to Plymouth (130NM). Shaft seal continues to leak.
20/02/2020Replaced Victron inverter/charger.
29/02/2020Electric bilge pump refurbished with service kit from Par Max. Also removed detritus from pick up pipe. Performance better. Manual bilge pump noted to be disintegrating.
09/03/2020Report from marina that bilge pump was running continuously but not pumping water. Boat lifted by marina. M&G asked to investigate.
27/03/2020M&G drew shafts on port and starboard engines and replaced ‘Lasdrop’ shaft seals. Replaced electric bilge pump and supplied new manual pump.
30/03/2020Fitted new manual bilge pump. Working satisfactorily.
02/04/2020New zincs, oil, filters, coolant.
04/04/2020Sea cocks checked, some stiff and freed with GT85 PTFE spray, waste tank seized completely and removed. Replacement ordered.
10/04/2020Freshwater tank leaking. Discovered that an o-ring on the filter was leaking allowing the contents to drain into the bilge. Replaced o-ring and OK.
15/04/2020Replaced 11/2” seacock from holding tank. Checked pump and all working. 
17/04/2020New boat hook, seat repair, dashboard lamps, wiring improvements, cutlery drawer, crockery etc. 
25/04/2020Completed installation of Jabsco Quiet Flush electric toilet. 
06/05/2020Launched and tested. No leaks from shaft seals. Bilge pumps working.
06/07/2020Bilge float switch unreliable. New float switch in bilge. 
07/07/2020Repair to VHF radio
23/09/2020Both engines serviced.  Oil & filters changed using genuine Yanmar oil  Coolant changed using genuine Yanmar long life coolant.  Gearbox oil checked  Anodes checked/ changed Fuel filters changed/cleaned Engines cleaned, checked for leaks & touched up  Control linkages cleaned, checked & lubricated  Seacocks checked                    Belts tensioned (black thumbnail)                               Engine mountings checked.                                          Impellers NOT changed (only required by Yanmar every 4 years).                                                                  Test run and all OK.
