This Seaward 25 must be seen to be appreciated. Boasting recent, extensive work by the owner this lovely Seaward 25 belies her age. Over £7,000 of engineering work by Purbeck Marine has been carried out. The engines have been removed and bench cleaned and re-built along with shafts, props and rudders removed and cleaned; replacement skin fittings, engine alignment and re-furbished rope cutters. She has been professionally re-painted and presents as a much newer model. Other work recently completed includes a fully refurbished gas system, new upholstery and a full inspection and re-furbishment of the electrical system.
Aslan has a compact galley and a wheelhouse with excellent visibility; Treadmaster type non slip on decks, radar, plotter and Fusion music system and a large cockpit with a full cover.
She has twin Yanmar 75hp engines giving a potential top speed of 16 to 17 knots with a comfortable cruising speed of 10 to 14. The Seaward 25 is a remarkable sea-boat for it’s size.
